Making The Complex Simple
It's not easy. Making strategies and building plans is hard. We get asked to do the impossible and it's unique each time. Boiling it down to a simple story is definitely not easy. Using visuals helps.
Whenever the CEO/Leaders of the business ask me for my opinion on what they need to do I say 'let's see'.
This seems the best answer given my DNA kicks in and wants to get them all in front of a 100 foot white wall. I want to quite literally draw it out right there - with the best available information and the smartest people we can gather - to get after the best plan.
Oh and then came the Coronavirus.
The world learned how to Zoom and get dressed from the waist up to go to work.
