- Human NatureBiophilia is a hypothesis that suggests humans possess an innate tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life. This theory was first put forward by Edward O. Wilson and was the source of inspiration for the cover of this edition cover for the magazine, Human Nature, with that in mind, I created this helmet-like circular structure out of real flowers, then art directed the photoshoot and designed the cover.
- RexistênciaBrazil’s 2016 election was extremely turbulent. There was the big rise of the extreme right wing and an attack to the country’s minorities. - The Allegory of Social MediaThis project is a collaboration with writer David Jankowsky, the text is an interpretation of Plato's "Allegory of the Cave" using the context of modern times, technology of smartphones and social media. The book is meant to simulate the scrolling of an Instagram chat between the public and Plato, analyzing how we are trapped inside of our virtual worlds. The collage and text were made simultaneously as an alternative workflow between writer and designer.
