About me
Hello! I’m a fresh graphic grad who loves designing with storytelling at the heart of each project—it’s fun to craft and also the best way to reach people. You’ll see that my works are playful whilst still being tied to research-driven ideas and well-thought direction. Please check out my website linked above to see more of my work! Currently seeking internship opportunities and graduate roles.
Projects
  • You Name It
You Name ItSelf-centred and self-reflective, this self-initiated brief is based on how my name is so incredibly prone to being butchered. This project was inspired by a list that I have kept for years and am continually updating. It records all sorts of nicknames, verbal mispronunciations, typos, misspellings, confusions with other names, etc. of my name said or written by other people. I selected 16 of these names and described the story behind each mutilation or simply how I feel about the name error. Wi
  • VIEWPOINT
VIEWPOINTThis Pentagram Young Designers brief was about designing a standalone magazine for WITNESS, an organisation that helps people use video and technology to protect and defend human rights. After researching Pentagram’s breakdown of WITNESS’ branding identity, I decided to further develop their emphasis on "holding onto the viewer’s gaze" to ensure they are paying attention to what WITNESS has to say and offer. Informed and inspired by this, my design concept revolves around the interactive process
  • Paradiso
ParadisoThe 2020 ISTD Student Assessment brief was to typographically interpret Canto 33 of Dante Alighieri's 'Paradiso' to introduce it to a new audience. To help younger audiences appreciate classic poetry, I designed an interactive book that evokes the wonder and excitement that Dante radiates in his spiritual journey. I'm also incredibly honoured to have been granted an ISTD membership through this submission, and that it was awarded a merit grade!

ISTD Membership with MeritInternational Society of Typographic Designers
I was awarded membership with merit for my response to ISTD's brief about typographically interpreting 'Canto 33' from Dante Alighieri's 'Paradiso' poems during my second year at university. My design is an interactive book that conveys Dante's wonder and excitement in his spiritual journey; my typography utilises the illuminative appearance of clear ink under UV light to express the poem's theme of enlightenment.
