Hi i'm Keisha!
Celebrating anatomy through style by using my creativity, fashion retail experience, and fashion knowledge as an assistant stylist, personal stylist and former retail assistant. My joy and greatest achievements lie in leveraging pieces which authentically reflect who they truly are; equipping both clients and individuals with pieces that allows for non-verbal self-expression, community, and storytelling through styling. Utilising a deep understanding of the relationship between luxury brands and consumer behaviour whilst reflecting current and new trend zeitgeists has also been a key skill of mine. My purpose and goal is to leverage my love for detail, shapes, and storytelling to create styling work which demands to be seen, whilst teaching others how to create a symbiosis between style, story, and identity, with ease.

At Dr Martens i have been delivering positive and well informed retail experiences by displaying knowledge of the brand's history, knowledge of leathers & shoe care, and different styles, whilst also meeting store targets which aids business growth.
I am currently the Visual Merch Champ at Dr Martens, Chelmsford. My role is one of visual storytelling with the aid of a VM guideline which i then interpret and alter to fit the space and the customers who are from a variety of backgrounds. I love colour and texture and knowing this can have a profound impact on how people (or customers) view products and navigate space brings me great joy, not just visually but psychologically.
