- Garden of BonesFor my last unit of year two at university I created a fully animated graphic novel centred on a girl following a ghost through a garden. I made 20 gifs designed to be scrolled through in order for it to tell like a comic. The full graphic novel is available on my website at www.aurameii.com
- Howl's Moving CastleThis was for a unit in my second year of university. I wanted to enter the 2019 House of Illustration Folio Society Awards and the book chosen was 'Howl's Moving Castle' - one of my childhood favourites. I went and reread the story and got some inspiration from Harry Clarke, Aubrey Beardsley and Alphonse Mucha to create an art nouveau approach to the story. I chose several key elements that I liked the best and also made a book cover design.
- Major Project - Thain and ThistleFor my final major project at university, I set out to create a graphic novel aimed at teenagers exploring themes of bullying. My style is quite gothic and dark and these elements are still in this work, yet I wanted to create something with a happier outcome than most. The entire graphic novel is available online via issuu. The novel is called 'Thain and Thistle'.
