An accredited Sound Healing Practitioner - using a selection of instruments to re-align your energy, including a Planetary Gong, Crystal Singing bowls, Himalayan bowl and chimes. The sounds will gently guide you to a state of deep relaxation, reducing your stress levels thus improving your sleep and overall sense of wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Throughout the weekend we’re also asking you to join our exploration of ways to better care for the planet, each other and ourselves. There’s a range of classes, workshops and discussions to join. US thinker Charles Eisenstein is speaking with Amisha Ghadiali about building a more connected world. Project Ajna is leading a meditation workshop, while Josie Danielle is presenting a sound healing session. For those looking for something more physical, yoga classes across the weekend are hosted by More Yoga.
