    • Since Mastered launched in 2015, it has provided the new breed of emerging creative a platform to develop their careers through its range of online courses.The accelerators span from Image making (Photography, Styling and Art Direction), trough to beauty (Makeup, Hair, Nails) and Brands (Womenswear, menswear and accessories). Each accelerator is lead by some the worlds leading industry experts, Inez & Vinoodh, Alastair Mckimm, Fabien Baron, Kenzo, Nike, Guido, Alex Box to name a few. The 10 month courses are also supported by 121 mentoring, life coaching, workshops and Live events. Production – Oversee and lead on all things production company wide (Image, beauty, brands, leadership, marketing, partnerships). This includes; arranging kit, crews, locations, travel for crew and experts and managing the production schedule. Coordinating shoots from beginning to end on all domestic and international shoots. – Update all production docs inc. Call sheets, student briefs, itineraries, schedule, editors diaries, along with approving expenses and invoices. – Support senior producers across all production needs from initial concepts to delivery across all digital platforms. – Manage post-production budget. (Estimates & Actual spends). – Establish rapport with creatives enrolled and talent, supporting them through pre-production and on set. – Developed the ability to interview fashion industry experts to obtain vital internal content. – Upload modules into CRM platform every launch. Casting – Lead on all casting needs company wide. – Manage the company visual voice through model bookings. – Consult students enrolled on the program on continuous casting and model booking. – Arrange, cast and book models globally for annual Mastered Live events. – Liaising and creating relationships with model agencies globally. Leading to partnership and collaborations for future projects. – Hold casting days and go-see’s for internal projects and for supporting partners projects.     • BIO We at That Girl That Edits are a female run London-based collective of filmmakers, spearheaded by the producer/director duo myself (Lauren Smith) and Helena C-J. Our aim has always been to create cinematic films that are as narratively compelling as they are visually stunning, no matter the budget. Favouring simple but bold imagery and symbolism, this collective is now ready to experiment with our own new brand of film making, throughout fashion film, music video and (soon) of short film. The desire to create and the love of a challenge is what drives us on as we explore our roles as moving image-makers.     • 1000heads is an industry leading social media marketing agency. Known as The Word of Mouth People, 1000heads help brands to be more social; to talk to people, and to be talked about by people. Productions I have worked on: Napapijri x Kojey Radical campaign, Curries PC World, Wella, Gordon’s and more. – Lead and support the production department from beginning to end on every new brief, from internal kick off sessions, shoot days through to post production and final delivery of assets. – Managing budgets for all projects. – Managing production resource time on all projects and delegating time requested by other departments within the agency. – Creation on realistic timelines for clients. Management of timelines internally throughout each project. This includes being reactive to all moving parts within a campaign. – Management of production teams time. This includes Directors, Editors and external freelancers. – Being the go-to member of the team. – Keeping processes in place and teams communicating. Holding weekly production meetings, stand ups and regularly communicating with the wider team. – The go to person to represent production during client calls, KO meetings, ideations, PPM’s and on set. – Liaising and sustaining relationships. Keeping a black book with all crew, kit, diary services, model agencies and any additional contacts needed. – Managment of finance. Negotiating rates and fees, managing all invoices and payments and end of month production outgoing, raising POs. – Always keeping processes up to date. Continually working on developing new processes and refining existing ones. – Managment of all projects from beginning to end. I have the ability to coordinate and manage numerous projects at one time, being responsive and flexible to all last minute and challenging production changes. – Leading shoots. On shoot day, whether on set or on location, no matter how big or small the day will run to time, the team will have everything they need and I am on hand for any fires that need putting out. – Creation and management of all paperwork and admin.
