  • BIO The fashion industry is changing. The old ways of doing things are breaking down. We see a new generation of talent emerging. They no longer need to come from a traditional fashion capital. They think and act digital-first. They build their own networks. They work on their mindset as well as their skills. Since we launched in 2015, Mastered has been committed to helping this new breed of global talent do more of the work they love. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead on model casting – Support the senior producers across all programs – Be alert to team’s needs and being available to solve needs accordingly when asked – Contribute to content meetings – Update module docs – Update process docs that support rest of wider Mastered team – Upload modules at every launch – Lead on casting the right students for shoots – Liaising with agencies – Write and distribute docs: Schedule, call sheets, briefs, student itineraries – Establish rapport with student, support through pre-production and on set – Post social media on set – Arrange logistics for shoots: Locations, catering, all travel – Support production team on set, spotting and responding to team and talent needs – Transfer skills to any shoots abroad, so it feels as smooth as a domestic shoot – Understand and keep core production aims in mind, in order to effectively support production goals (shoot by shoot, and in general) – Updating program budget including approving expenses and invoice -Assist produce all shoots oversees, ventures include New York, Portland (Oregon), Paris, Croatia.   • BIO We at That Girl That Edits are a female run London-based collective of filmmakers, spearheaded by the producer/director duo myself (Lauren Smith) and Helena C-J. Our aim has always been to create cinematic films that are as narratively compelling as they are visually stunning, no matter the budget. Favouring simple but bold imagery and symbolism, this collective is now ready to experiment with our own new brand of film making, throughout fashion film, music video and (soon) of short film. The desire to create and the love of a challenge is what drives us on as we explore our roles as moving image-makers.
