About me
Hello,
I currently work as a freelance illustrator and also work part-time as an Art Director at notonthehighstreet.com.
I have a playful, versatile style. I work in vectors, watercolour, gouche, dip pens and markers. I am ambitious and find myself working on several self-initiated projects at a time. I've set up a print project called 'Punnet & Hoo' which acts as a platform for concept-led illustrations and witty graphic artworks. Prints will be available for purchase after the projects launch later this year. I am also conceptualising, writing and illustrating several children's picture books. I am represented by Peters Fraser & Dunlop, a Literary Agency who are circulating my work to publishers.
As an Art Director I love bold ideas and playing with colour. I can confidently juggle large workloads, work to tight deadlines and thrive off collaboration and conceptual work. Working at notonthehighstreet.com has given me 5 years e-commerce experience, and has allowed me to progress quickly, explore all aspects of design, own campaigns and shoots, illustrate commercial projects both print and digital and thrive in a small and growing, entrepreneurial environment.
My design background means that as an illustrator I have a good commercial understanding. I am experienced at working on concepts through to delivery, working with clients and know the importance of answering a brief.

- 'It's A Sale Spectacular''It's A Sale Spectacular' The circus celebrates the unique, the talented and the extraordinary which was used as a metaphor for notonthehighstreet.com's unique Partners, product and ‘less ordinary’ brand promise. As a result, the department categories of the SALE were illustrated by classic circus acts using funny heart warming visuals and nostalgic copy. The campaign played with iconic circus references and a fresh summary colour palette.
