    HIGHLIGHTS • Client Lead managing 2x end-to-end global communications campaigns, with a total budget value of £4.5m. Reporting directly to Internal MD & Snr Client director to produce and deliver global partnership for Rugby World Cup 2023 + Launch of new vehicle worldwide. • Managing client team of 5FTE to deliver existing CRM strategy and delivery output for large automotive client, overhauling existing processes to identify efficiencies in content development and project delivery alongside working with multiple 3 parties to enable transformation and adoption of new client delivery model. • Co-leading response to client RFP, resulting in incremental increase in scope by £1.2m per year and seeing his direct responsibilities increase. Consolidating all CRM services within the UK for large automotive client. ROLE: • GLOBAL SNR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/CLIENT LEAD - Leading client team of 3FTE mid-level consultants, overseeing the Global Brand & Comms output for large automotive client. Delivering multiple omni-channel campaigns and managing the relationship between regional markets. Mark reports directly to the Managing Director and maintains strong relationships with MD level marketing clients. • UK CRM LEAD – managing internal team of 5FTE & external 3 party delivery team of 9 to deliver ongoing CRM Strategy, Content and Delivery services for large Multi-National automotive client. Mark worked directly with Snr Clients to ensure alignment to client Global Transformation initatives whilst maintaining consistent day to day project delivery. • COMMUNICATIONS LEAD – Led short-term transformation proposal for a Government agency to develop, plan and implement a new Internal Communications strategy, leveraging existing relationships with Accenture network and client team to enable future investment in project phases.
