About me
I am a highly motivated and ambitious designer with strategic and creative ideas to match. Able to work independently or as part of a team with proven experience in both. Instrumental in growing my previous agency from 2 designers into a vibrant studio of 8 in just under 4 years. Involved in all design projects and taking creative lead on a large majority. A keen, enquiring interest in all aspects of design helps me keep up with latest thinking and emerging technologies. Experience in design for web, responsive and adaptive design as well as application design. Possessing a host of skills in both print and digital making me a positive and productive addition to any creative team. Projects
  • Sterling Commodities
Sterling CommoditiesA leader in aerospace alloy and precious metal recovery, they recognised the need to review their brand and communications to stay ahead of the competition and maintain their leadership position. The business has always been pro-active in communicating its pedigree, capability and values. However the brand itself and their overall identity was clearly showing the wears and tears of time. The revolution came in the over-arching brand identity. Seeking to strengthen and reassert their expertise in
  • Avanta
AvantaWorking across a vast array of sectors with an equally broad range of partners and stakeholders, the organisation needed to communicate their o er coherently and consistently in manner that would resonate and connect with both partners and clients. Originally conceived in a more public sector context the Avanta brand was now feeling quite cold, clinical and lacked humanity. Our first job was to articulate the true proposition of the organisation, one that was undoubtedly centred around people. This was the common thread that linked everything they did. So we put people at the heart of the communications and commissioned a series of photographic portraits of the people they have helped and worked with. We also commissioned an illustrator to help with connecting with the apprenticeship audience. They wanted to keep their existing logo but gave us free reign on everything else.
  • Jump Inc
Jump IncSeizing on an emerging cultural trend, Jump Inc had big plans to introduce the trampoline parks into the UK market. Already aware of potential competitors, the business wanted launch quickly and aggressively in order to own and lead the sector from the outset. The first step was to capture the fun aspect of the trampoline park without making it look to much of an extreme sports activity. We did this in images both still and moving – real people active in the experience. Once we had achieved this we brought emphasis to the energy and dynamism by exaggerating space and perspective. Adding to this a vibrant, striking colour palette and bold typographics gave us the strong, flexible visual identity able to accommodate a variety of messaging and appeal to an equally broad audience.
