    Immediate Media Sports Print redesignsDuring my two and a half years at Immediate Media, I directed redesign projects on all five print brands within the Sports group. In each case taking time to understand the market and readership before setting the editorial and design goals of the project. Working both independently and with key team members each project ensured the title remained current, relevant and market leading.

    Future HeroesDistilling the DNA of Future Publishing to create a set of assets that could be used in corporate materials led to looking at the people behind the brands. Future's secret is the passion of their teams and this piece of work was based on the obvious link between these unsung heroes and their markets.

    Queen beer bottlesPersonal project - All of Queen’s 1970s albums re-imagined as beer bottles. I was interested in exploring how colours, fonts and icons delivered the essence of these well loved works. The designs are visual remixes rather than straight cover versions, in many cases picking out lesser known details to thrill true Queen aficionados.

This resulted in a more accessible magazine aimed at broadening the readership by taking the fear out of the world of antiques. The new strapline (Interiors with Soul) sets the tone for a monthly mood board aimed at people with individual style.
