Experienced freelance artist working within illustration and design. Primarily using the method of screenprinting to make work but also creating illustrations digitally that have an aesthetic influenced by this printmaking technique. Mostly inspired by travel, pattern and architecture, I collage together photographic elements and drawing to create bold and striking artworks.
Also co-founder and director of Underway Studio, an illustration and printmaking collective based in Brixton South London. The studio specialises in answering illustration briefs and creating limited edition screenprints as well as hosting printmaking workshops.
Currently looking for more freelance work as an illustrator and bespoke artwork commissions.
Projects
- London Beer Factory Mock BriefA personal project following a mock brief to design three labels for London Beer Factory. The brief was to create a set of labels where the colours were inspired by the tropical flavours within the beers such as grapefruit, pineapple and peach. There should also a be a subtle nod to the city of London where the brewery finds its home. I used themes of architecture and wildlife to inspire the concept for the labels. This project was not commissioned.
- SAGA Cruise Ship Artworks: Spirit of AdventureI was invited to decorate a deck for Saga’s new cruise liner ‘Spirit of Adventure’. The ship contains artwork from British artists throughout. I was commissioned to create 48 artworks in sets of 16 triptychs to line the cabin corridors of a complete deck. The client wanted location based illustrations that celebrated the United Kingdom and therefore my subtitle for this set of prints became ‘Splendours of the British Isles’. Through my own research I selected 48 different locations that I felt

I am a London based illustrator and screenprinter creating vibrant artworks with a silk-screen print aesthetic. Influenced by analogue processes, I collage together photographs and drawings to create illustrations that have a tactile quality.
A lover of travel, I often create work about the places I have been (or would like to go to). Bringing my images to life with a narrative is an important part of my process and inspiration for this is found by researching local history, wildlife or looking to the architecture and urban details of a location.
I create and sell limited prints through my own shop and various UK galleries and stockists. I also take on commissioned work for bespoke prints, design and illustration briefs.
Selected clients include: SAGA UK, Landor Associates, Printclub London, Kindred Studios and Firewords Magazine.
