A skilled Senior Experiential Manager with both agency and client side experience, who has worked for one of the worlds pioneering lifestyle and music brands Red Bull and for world leading automotive brands such as Bentley and Lexus,
Senior Experiential Manager delivering the Bentley Motorsport hospitality program in conjunction with the GT3 Blancpain Endurance Series and the ADAC Race Series, across Europe and the UK. Responsibilities include: strategic planning of the series programme, digital builds (series registration site / eDM’s), mulitple stake holder liaison, development of ultra personalised guest comms, asset production (inc. copy and artwork proofing), in suite dressing, race kit logistics and event evaluations. Onsite event management entails set up, guest accreditation, hospitality suite management, coordinating guest parade laps and garage tours at live races. Prior to this, I was SEM for Bentley Motors UK delivering their 2015 event marketing plans. Additional responsibilities included: proposal development, end-to-end budget control, agency billing, line management, video creation, supplier liaison, H&S management and pre / onsite delivery and post event reconciliation. Wider agency role includes the brand management of This Unlimited and the supporting of the New Business team.
One of 28 people nationwide selected to represent Red Bull within the On Premise as part of a team of four, covering the South West region, aiming to excite and engage customers within outlets. As a networking focused role, responsibilities included the account management of the regions only metro city (Bristol), and a further 190 independent on trade venues across the territory, including DJ Mag’s 19th best club in the world, Motion. Daily duties included brand management, direct liaison with venue owners, developing and proofing venue collateral, establishing, negotiating and supporting live event opportunities, securing new listing agreements and renewing expiring terms. The opportunity also involved working on national music projects such as Red Bull Music Academy, Culture Clash and Revolutions in Sound and an array of music festivals.
EMO is a marketing communications agency, helping brands to maximise their potential on a local level. Clients included Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, Lexus, Toyota and Tesco. Worked across all agency clients, delivering against three core responsibilities – concept development (new business & existing client briefs), project planning (strategic & logistical) and project delivery. Daily responsibilities included: account management, client liaison, briefing of creative, studio and production, events staffing (training and briefing), events delivery, budget handling and project evaluations.
Two years as a Student Brand Manager with the Red Bull Flight School. Activated Red Bull brand properties in a creative and credible way on campus, including Red Bull Music Academy, Red Bull Formula 1 - activity took the form of music and sports events, PR stunts, guerilla marketing. Tasked with talent and trend spotting and building relationships with individuals leading the way in music, art and fashion fields, as well as high-level athletes, before bringing them to the attention of the wider Red Bull business.
