Project management & development support for Liberty Express, a social practice project using dance & film to connect children from marginalised communities all over the world.
Designed and delivered a pilot to test the use of live international video links in fundraising campaigns.
Led accounts for charity clients including Unicef-UK, CRUK, WWF-UK and NSPCC. Responsible for contract negotiations, strategy, creative services, campaign performance, compliance, service innovation and testing.
Co-ordinated a large-scale installation of Contemporary art & Pacific artefacts into an exclusive private lodge. Responsible for managing 300+ works requiring archival care and documentation. Oversaw logistics and managed a team of contractors and contributing artists. Involved research, acquisition, curatorial input, hands on design and relationship management.
Coordinated the program for ArtWeek Auckland, an arts festival involving 60 galleries and venues, 8 regions and over 100 events.
Managed a high-end gallery, representing some of New Zealand's leading artists working across a range of media including painting, photography, sculpture, textiles and glass. In 2011 opened a subsidiary gallery (FHE PROJECT) with a focus on emerging artists and attracting new audiences.
