Worked as part of a small team designing aesthetically pleasing lighting products. Main responsibilities included:
• Planning the company’s stands for three different trade shows (Decorex, Maison & Objet and Light + Building), organising how the products would be displayed and creating the plans.
• Helped to construct and run the stand at the show based in London, taking orders and connecting with potential new clients.
• Improved existing designs based on feedback from suppliers and prototypes.
• Developed new concepts that went to market.
• Regularly produced SolidWorks CAD models
• Created professional information sheets for both suppliers and customers using Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
• Assisted with general graphic design work, such as creating invitations for shows and helping with the layout of a catalogue.
• Interviewed new potential interns to take over the role.
