About me
Hello, I'm Nadia—a Melbourne-born, London–based creative director and maker. I started out as a writer and editor in print publishing and digital media, creating blogs and e-newsletters for a bunch of different brands. I loved MySpace and Tumblr. I shot “street style” pics on a digital camera. I wrote and edited feature articles for niche print mags. It was a time. For the past eight years I've worked in advertising, most recently as Group Creative Director at R/GA in both New York and California. There, I applied my editorial lens to brands, and helped guide a team of 20+ creatives to tell stories for clients, including YouTube, Slack, StitchFix, JanSport, Samsung and Verizon. I get my energy from great communication—from a brand to its people, from a product to its users, from a human to another human. I love building teams and growing talent. I love creating meaningful stories and messages, and putting these out in the world.

    JanSport "Another Sustainability AdSustainability ads can be trash. (Especially when they’re made by brands who are trashing the planet.) So here’s a sustainability ad that makes fun of other sustainability ads, from a brand that takes genuine action in the space.
  • YouTube Shorts #remaketherunway
    YouTube Shorts #remaketherunwayA campaign that championed an overlooked creator community during the biggest fashion event of the year. Up-cycled pieces from 40 up-and-coming YouTube Shorts makers were displayed on billboards, social, digital mastheads, and IRL in a custom-built SoHo storefront during New York Fashion Week. 2023 Webbys Winner. "Fashion, Beauty & Retail Campaign" and "People's Voice."
  • Instagram "Project Hero"
    Instagram "Project Hero"A year-long campaign that inspired teens to have fun and share more of their worlds on Stories. Oversaw a team of 15 who built everything from the ground up, which included creating a design system that could flex to create 2000+ unique ads over four major global markets. The campaign sparked a 4.7% lift in Stories from Gen Z across seven markets, which made it Instagram’s most successful campaign to date.
