    Bombay Sapphire Laverstoke MillFor the opening of Bombay Sapphire's new home, Laverstoke Mill, Webb deVlam were briefed to design a limited edition Distillery edition bottle and secondary packaging, as well as value added packaging for the core Bombay Sapphire bottle. We commissioned illustrator Si Scott to create a detailed illustration encompassing the history, habitat and production of the distillery, which was used across 360 materials for the distillery launch.

    - Leading and managing the C&E in-house creative studio. Overseeing all creative projects: digital, CRM, social, visual merchandising, UX, photoshoots, videography, paid media, copy, print and packaging. - From managing the brand relaunch in 2019, to refining and developing the brand proposition and visual equity. - Owning the creative process from brief through to implementation and establishing better ways of working within the wider business. - Relationship building - keeping the creative team motivated and happy, partnering with our internal clients to tackle challenges together, and keeping our C-Suite informed and updated. - Brand guardian ensuring all creative is aligned to brand positioning and guidelines. - Creatively managing multiple campaigns and content, including strategically building content calendars and go-to-market presentations for local markets to roll out. - Art direction and production of all studio and lifestyle shoots. Partnering with photographers, videographers, model agencies, production houses to produce cross-platform assets. - Full responsibility of £500k+ creative budget: forecasting, planning, and expenditure. - Creative services and traffic management of internal creative team and network of freelancers.
