Norman (yes that's his real name) is fresh on the Not Another Salon floor, however don't let that fool you that he isn't experienced! He's excelled that much in his training that he flew through his final test to be a stylist and now even teaches in our academy!
Camp, fabulous, super creative and full of celebrity gossip Norman will keep to smiling the whole way though!

- Colour World Live DemonstrationColour World is powered by the Respect brand which has been informing, educating and inspiring hairdressers for five years at www.respectyou.me. Launched in 2016, the Colour World UK event began with a two-day gathering in London focusing on sharing and inspiring colourists of all ages and stages, in an anti-zoo environment. This means all coming together on one level – no stages, no barriers, no limits! The freedom of expression and opportunity to exchange ideas and contacts has proved invaluable. One of the highlights of my year so far, was to be asked to do a 2 hour live demonstration of my colouring skills at Colour World - an all day event in a super cool trendy East London warehouse and only the best colourists were invited so I was extremely honoured to even be there! At 21 I would never have imagined I would be doing these types of jobs! As my first presentation gig with a big crowd, it was sll super exciting, and whilst I was no Beyonce on stage I definitely felt the pressures of having to be constantly sharing information, talking to the audience all whilst working on a very complex colour (which is not easy in itself!)
- L’Oréal Colour Trophy Competition 2018As a semi finalist in L’Oréal's annual Colour Trophy Competition, I was one of five young people in the London region of the competition to go through to the semi final and had to create a look on a live model of my colour work. I had just 30 minutes to style my model in front of the judges and be interviewed about my final look. During the first round, hundreds of photographic images from across the country were judged by the most influential names in the hairdressing industry. I fought off
- Not Another Social Media EventIn early July, Not Another Salon hosted one of it's biggest social media events to date. From drag queens to glitter cannons and live runway shows, this was one unmissable event for hair industry professionals. The event held seminars throughout the day whereby I was honoured to carry out a presentation and demonstration live on stage in front of over 350 people, talking about how to take the perfect image for social media, alongside another talented and amazing hair stylist, Harriet. The success of the event has made this one of the highlights of my career so far!
