Led on day-to-day client communications for Huawei and Nespresso, with an emphasis on strategy and creative concepting for new campaigns. Rapidly pivoted to support clients in navigating the global pandemic, providing them with alternative solutions that could be activated during international lockdown. Supported Account Director on the BMW account across all duties and was responsible for creative decisions. Transferred to the Business Development team for two months, leading on research and insights for competitive/proactive pitches.
General responsibilities included: interrogating B2B and B2C client briefs to identify core business challenges; producing clear and concise creative briefs to share internally and externally; developing insights into original, scalable ideas; efficiently presenting and rationalising ideas through compelling storytelling; overseeing creative development for both physical and digital outputs; managing stakeholders at all levels; supporting evaluation of sponsorship/partnership proposals. Highlights:
• Evaluated effectiveness of headline partnership deal between Nespresso and a major UK food festival. Developed the media rights package and assisted in contract negotiations.
• Lead liaison between BMW brand team and internal agency designers to align on design across all touchpoints for a million-pound-budget awards ceremony.
• Researched and developed product ‘Unboxing’ experience, as part of Huawei’s campaign to launch new UK eCommerce platform.
• Upon request from Senior Management, oversaw project integrating and restructuring all agency documents and processes. This led to alignment in output across all departments.
