- By merging two of my greatest interests - fashion and graphic design - Davidson Mede (New York) and I created an independent magazine for fashion and the creative world. We called it CHAIN Magazine. Just like a chain, it linked the next generation of creative talent together. We created a platform that would promote this talent and put them onto a bigger stage. I am immensely proud that along with a fantastic partner, we published two issues before life took us on different paths.

Rather than customers exchanging returnable, reusable keep-cups, we avoided all hygiene issues completely, by simply selling lids instead, and also keeping the personality that Starbucks is so well known for.
