- space3 @ The Tetley (2023)Conceptualised, designed and opened a learning studio and social space for 13-18 year olds in contemporary art gallery, the Tetley, named space3. The studio features workspace, desktops, a library and a projector, and is open to community groups and young people in the surrounding area. - Culture Club (2023)Culture Club is a year long project in collaboration with Thackray Museum of Medicine as part of Leeds 2023's Hidden Stories program. It is a weekly youth club for 16-21 year olds from Harehills, Burmantofts and the surrounding East Leeds areas, taking place at Thackray Museum of Medicine. - a Soft Rapture (2022)In 2020 we were invited to conduct R&D looking at how a coherent music programme could compliment Transform Festival's performance-focused programming. The output of this evolved into a Soft Rapture, which took place at Hope House Gallery in March 2022. - The Workhouse Project (2022)We were commissioned by Leeds 2023, in partnership with Thackray Museum of Medicine, to trial an activity on the theme of hidden stories. This led to 2 days of workshops with young people from the local area, working with youth worker Adam Aslam and writer and artist Asher Jael. Sessions used the history of the museum building and local area to explore the links between health and housing, work and wellbeing, and linking it to their own experiences. - Madame Kumar x Sable Supper Club (2022)I teamed up with chef and baker, Madame Kumar, to deliver the first Sable Supper Club event at Patrick Studios in November 2022. Whilst Madame Kumar led on preparing and delivering a 3 course GF, vegan Sri Lankan Tamil dinner, I led on the logistics and production. This entailed creating and monitoring online bookings, social media management, decor, budgeting, music and staffing and we managed to welcome over 30 guests to our first ever supper club.
