Who’s Your Momma (WYMM) is a free mentoring programme offered by SheSays to all women in any role in the advertising & marketing industry. Over the past 3 years I have increased the scheme’s influence and reach and brought in rigour and process to the initiative. The programme now has a community of 100 active and engaged mentors and over 300 women have been mentored over a 6 month period since Sept 2015.
