    Who’s Your Momma (WYMM) is a free mentoring programme offered by SheSays to all women in any role in the advertising & marketing industry. Over the past 3 years I have increased the scheme’s influence and reach and brought in rigour and process to the initiative. The programme now has a community of 100 active and engaged mentors and over 300 women have been mentored over a 6 month period since Sept 2015. • Recruiting and interviewing new mentors • Guiding, advising and counselling mentors & mentees through the process. • Improving the mentor/mentee experience of the scheme • Running and hosting panel discussions, speed mentoring events, networking nights, and upskilling workshops • Thought leadership – speaking at WYMM events and PR pieces • Running external workshops around best mentoring practice.
