I currently work as a freelancer, creating brands and brand assets for clients such as D&AD, Emerge PR, ZZ&D, TRIBE and Uniform.
I worked as a freelancer for Uniform's new London team for six months before being hired as a Junior Creative full-time. During my time there I worked on clients like Ideal Standard and Innocent, creating brand guidelines, concepts and contributing to strategy.
I worked at D&AD from 19/11-23/11, supporting the lead designer by creating a Keynote deck. Within the week I was able to get familiar with the brand – enough to 'talk' convincingly in its voice – layout, typeset and animate a 50-page deck. I learnt a lot about creating style and typographic conventions, as well as giving a document the right kind of flow, with animation and varying slide designs.
I worked as the first in-house designer for Chilango for 9 months, creating some of their best known campaigns and helping to redefine and reposition the restaurant chain as a premium offering.
At Superfantastic I worked mainly on Jamie’s Italian & the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group. I typeset menus in multiple languages - including Thai, Icelandic & Russian -managed clients using Trello, created promotional materials together with graphics & layouts for the Gold Club & Cookery School Newsletters. I’ve developed an eye for layout & typographic detail & sped up my process through working to tight deadlines.
As the main artworker at Percy & Reed I was responsible for a variety of design tasks. These included creating brand stationery, event invitations, press releases and in-store displays.
