Developed and maintained detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence ultimately decreasing production mishaps and costs and recording client retention at 93%. Led the curation of colour palettes and styles for the summer 2022 edit, leading to a ~450% MoM increase in sales exceeding monthly targets. Consulted with designer to curate fashion presentations and subsequently introduced an annual promotional discount into party season resulting in a growth in foot traffic and new customer sales. Conceptualized and executed seasonal video/photo shoot campaigns that aligned with the brands vision and resonated with our client demographic resulting in a boost in engagement and brand visibility on Instagram, TilTok and Facebook. Coordinated directly with photo/videographers pre, during and post shooting to ensure visuals created align with campaign goals and brands aesthetic.     - Collaborated directly with designer to launch the brand's VOLUME II collection presentation from design consultations to directing the presentation top to bottom. - Developed and executed concepts with other creatives to enhance the presentation experience.
