Originally trained as an actor, I started working in hospitality in between acting jobs. After 5 years acting, and moving from waiter to bartender, to event cocktail barmen, and then getting a job in the then worlds best bar, The Artesian, my focus shifted to cocktails. I started Mix & Muddle in 2015 as a staffing company providing high-end mixologists to the events world. In 2016, we opened the cocktail events side of the business with aim to bring high-end cocktail bar quality drinks to events, with bespoke cocktails for every single event. I also started Alter Ego in 2017, a spirit brands ambassador and consultancy company with my colleague Mathias Granberg.

Working on Smirnoff's 'Inclusiveness' campaign, I helped developing their 2017 on and off-trade serve suggestions to be pushed out to mainstreams bars. Working on the concept of 'punches', I gained precious insights for the bar trade to suss feasibility and willingness to implement a Smirnoff punch serve in their bar. Using this knowledge, I developed over 10 serve options for a variety of occasions and season.
