- SADGRADS 2020 ZINE Volume 1 & 2Art direction and design of both issues of the SADGRADS 2020 ZINE’s. The SADGRADS ZINE is an artist showcase of graduates in 2020 who have had their degree show taken away from them by the pandemic. Across both issues features 102 artists covering a multitude of disciplines from photography, fashion design, graphic design and fine art. The zine’s combined raised a total of just under £1,000 for three separate charities.
- 'Get Outta My F*cking House!' Isolation Film Review ZineLooking back on this lockdown and all the things I’ve watched, I realised how scared Jodie Foster must have felt in panic room. I can’t wait until all of this is over so I can have noodles in the gutter with Harrison Ford, or be rewarded for saving china like in Mulan. I think it’s fair to say we’d all be Trading Places if we could, because atleast in the movies they all get to hang around with large groups of people.
- Boston Straight Edge Research ZineThoroughly enjoyed this research project, learning more about a specific genre that I hold dear to me, Boston Straight Edge Hardcore. What initially began as an innocent project uncovered a great case study into the horrifying fact that there isn't enough recognitition for women in the design industry! I got in contact with Bridget Burpee, the woman responsible for branding this entire genre of music and she told me about her experiences in the early 80's, designing for Boston Striaght Edge ba
- Donkin Records BrandingDonkin Records is an electronic dance music label focusing on techno and DNB. Their logo type has been designed by using a unique grid system entirely inspired by the sound of the labels music. This has been done by using accurate music visualising software which generated shapes and patterns influenced by samples of the labels music.
- No Evil SeriesThe No Evil series is a set of three fashion photography publications exploring the theme of Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil through the work and talent at Leeds Arts University. Each of the three publications explores one of the individual themes, using different photographers, designers and garments to get three diverse outcomes.
