I work intuitively using Emotional Freedom Techniques [tapping] to help my clients clear emotional blocks and overcome sabotaging beliefs and insecurities, get rid of crippling phobias, boost self-esteem, self-confidence, and find compassion for themselves and those around them.
For the past two decades, I've been immersed in the creative industry as a Producer, managing every type of shoot imaginable. I’ve worked with small creative companies, big ad agencies, independent directors, and music artists, most recently 7 years in-house at Nike producing their global advertising campaigns and driving excellence for creative production. Passionate about fostering brilliance, nurturing talent, and pursuing purposeful work, I excel in holding space for innovation and exploration, infusing every situation with calm leadership, optimism, and warmth. Why is this important? Because these skills now serve as the foundations of my professional practice.
I expanded my expertise and trained as a Clinical EFT Practitioner blending tapping with modern psychology to create my approach to mind/body coaching - using these powerful and practical modalities to clear limiting beliefs and blocks that may be holding my clients back in life. My practice will guide you all the way to release, refresh and renew your belief systems, to experience inner calm and emotional freedom.
