I was the Assistant Manager for the artist Damien Hirst in his Studio in London. As well organising shows of other artists works in Pop up exhibitions, I am now currently making my own Paintings.
I have been working on abstract and semi abstract Paintings for 10 years. For the last two years the series of Black Paintings are have been exhibited and sold at the Cork Street Open in Mayfair. Other paintings have been shortlisted in National Open competitions and was invited to exhibit at the Florence Biennale

- BLACK PAINTThe Black Paintings are an attempt to capture light in its most physical sense. The light in the room is central to the painting, it is very much part of the painting. Because of this the painting is never the same, it is always changing as the light changes. My aim was to paint the darkest blacks and the lightest blacks and every shade and depth in-between and put them all on one canvas. Also the emphasis is on the physicality ranges of the paint, from all of its permanence and its thick black
- BLACK PAINTBlack is an end point in colour, it is an absence of any colour. I am painting nothing but Black. However black paint captures light, and can absorb light. The surface is constantly moving as the viewer moves, if the viewer stands still they are captured in the paintings reflective surface of thick solid paint. The viewer is face to face with themselves.

I hand painted lettering for a local Pub, including blackboard Menus and permanent sinage on the walls, I also did murals on the walls. I can adapt many different Styles and Typfaces to fit the space. And as I also Paint fine art paintings, I can adapt to whatever style the client wants.
