• In my role as assistant manager, I was given a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. I worked closely with my manager on a day-to-day basis, handling all incoming calls, assisting with any queries and directing them to the appropriate contact.
• As a loyal and organised individual, I assisted in management of business operations by maintaining records and files such as confidential documents, invoices and contracts.
• Using Microsoft Excel, I had responsibility for keeping client register up to date: This involved creating files for each client with their respective details, purchase information and repair & maintenance product' records.
• I supported and assisted clients' issues and complaints by answering to calls and emails; My professionalism, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude helped to improve the reputation of the company. During my time at the company, enriched in client' relationships led to a boost in sales with an average of 2 products per existing client.
• I was in charge for keeping detailed track of the available stock, conducting inventory and ordering supplies from the head office in Italy as required. It was crucial to assure that my colleagues were always ready with equipment needed.

• In my role as a training manager, I was responsible for demonstrating treatments to potential customers and for explaining the potential and benefit of the products to them. My high level of knowledge, solid preparation and great communication skills were a strongly contributing factor in the company's improved sales figure. During my time as a training manager, sales went up +50%.
• I was also trusted to represent the company at conferences and shows in the UK and abroad, giving me further opportunity to improve my selling and marketing skills. I was responsible for providing product and marketing information to attendants and for explaining and showing treatments on stand with accurate and confident public speaking.
• I furthermore carried out training for beauty practitioners both within and outside the UK, teaching them all the technical and theorical content of the treatments, and following the company protocol. Following satisfactory completion of the training, I was awarding the therapists the official qualifications.
• My success in discharging the responsibilities described above, convinced my manager to give me the exciting responsibility of recruiting a new team member as the company was expanding.
• I Mentored new staff, which involved having them shadow me for a number of weeks, training them on all company protocols and explaining the theory and practice of the treatment. It was leading to 100% of new joiner to be approved within one month deadline;
• I was finally responsible for the motivation and development of our new staff members.
