Client brief

My project was to create a design idea for an artist's residence-studio, placed near the Orleans House gallery. Although it was not going to be built for real, It felt like a real project as we had several meetings (virtually, due to Covid-19 restriction) with a client who is working at the gallery. The project required primary and secondary research of the area to support ideas and the design had to respect specific criteria, such as building regulations, engineer works, soil surveys as well as the costs of electricity, gas and ground work. Besides, we also had to consider and be within the client's budget.
