I’m a digital marketing and communications specialist with purpose. My work with charities, non-profits and businesses comes from a shared vision to create a world that is more inclusive, conscious and understanding.     There's more to this than you think.There's more to this than you think documents the Cardiff 'Bike Life' scene that made its way across the UK. Although on the surface it looks like these guys are trouble makers and vandals, photographer Nick Wotton dug a little deeper to uncover the anti-establishment mentality that has driven groups like this to form throughout history. He asked me to collaborate on the project by writing this introduction.

    Current State of Mind: Redefining contemporary zine-making‘Current State of Mind’ is a series of zine-making workshops focused on exploring and celebrating 'togetherness' through themes related to belonging, identity and sustainability. Each workshop is introducing a theme using performance-based local artists, who design spaces where participants are invited to join a 'contemplative session of making'. The participants are encouraged to open discussions and document their thoughts and feelings using visual and verbal storytelling.
