During my time at Ann Summers I primarily worked on the re-design of their core creative and photographic identity. I proposed the brand moves towards a cleaner, more minimalist style using a muted colour palette that would feel more relevant from a fashion perspective. This would then continue on photographically but the imagery would become more aspirational with a flirty, irreverent edge. Additionally I suggested making still life work harder for them so that it can be used alongside campaign photography instore, online and on social media. I set up the studio with a new lighting kit and backdrops, art directing and shooting myself and then showing the current photographer how to carry it forward for future shots. Additionally my other key project was the phase 2 release of their dating app Rabbit which required me to design a new campaign and launch collateral for both print and web.
Click to edit position descriptionI worked alongside the technical team to transform existing websites for mobile design. I was specifically working on the sites for Pulse's clients Bell Whisky and Blossom Hill.
Whilst at TBS I worked on instore graphics and CRM for a range of different Events such as Vitamin E, Oils of Night and Drop of Light. Alongside these I also created many assets for their new initiave Enrich Not Exploit. Favourites being the commitment infographic and 2014-2015 Values Report.
Working as part of a two person team, we are responsible for all the POS, marketing, CRM and press collateral for The White Company. I predominantly work on the marketing collateral and press ads, creating new artwork for Spring Summer and new creative for Autumn Winter 15 in line with the Brochure and Website.
Brought on board for my past experience with Tesco, I worked on the seasonal instore campaigns creating lock ups, graphics elements, POS and various printed booklets or leaflets. Favourite projects included BBQ, Beer & Cider Festival and World Foods.
Working on in-store POS, press collateral and retail spaces, my responsibilities included exploring a range of layouts, typography, colour, photography and stocks. Creating graphic elements, icons and artworking any collateral ready for print. Favourite projects included Back To School, Lingerie SS15 press book, Wedding Collection 2015 and Kids AW14 Press Ads.
Click to edit position descriptionI was booked to shoot the Barbour AW14 e-commerce photography, ensuring consistency across all images and that they reflected brand identity. Hair, make-up and wardrobe had to be impeccable in every shot and the model comfortable, relaxed, with a slight edgyness but not sexy. Shot using Capture 1, Canon 5D Mk III, Profoto ProDaylite and a 7ft Parabolic umbrella.
Working on the Tesco “One-Voice” project, I developed the signage, graphics and photography within my departments, sourcing imagery from stock websites and when needed shooting it at the Tesco Media Centre in Milton Keynes. Additionally I retouched all assests to fit the new photographic brief, compositing imagery and removing or altering any undesirable elements. Favourite projects included the re-design of the Baby World, Horticulture World and the Community Room.
