I worked closely with the AFROPUNK US team and event sponsors and promotors Metropolis Music and Live Nation to promote the first and second AFROPUNK festival held in London. I organized the press release and recruited and managed over 60 volunteers. I utilized Google programs and tools as well as Sling to allocate and manage shift patterns for all Army members. I also created the AFROPUNK Army UK handbook, managed email correspondence across all teams, organisations and stakeholders, maintaining the campaign calendar and delegated to two assistant coordinators.
