About me
Qualified Psychological Practitioner, Researcher and Freelance Project Manager / Producer. Based in London with experience working in clinical, residential and social settings as well as creative, fashion and sports industries. Delivering creative and cultural projects including online and offline productions ensuring successful planning, pricing and timely delivery whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders and a network of local suppliers. I also consult and lead strategy and research around psychological and wellbeing focused projects. Qualified and trained to deliver low intensity cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) to support individuals with low mood, depression and anxiety as well as stress-related and sleep difficulties. Skilled in adapting treatment particularly for Older Adults, people with long term health conditions and ESL. Expertise in mental health research including design, delivery, analysis and academic writing. Currently managing a portfolio of studies and clinical trials in NHS and community settings.
