    Collaborative industry project with Estee LauderThe task of this project was to build brand love in luxury beauty. We were tasked with trying to get customers to buy into Estee Lauders brands rather than just their products. We had to consider both the retail experience online and offline, product innovation, social media, influencers and brand community. ​ I created a technology-based walk-through experience for Estee Lauder in the old Selfridges hotel. Working on creative content assets for the ITB brand as well as potential and existing clients. Helped produce marketing materials for ITB, and managed the agency social media accounts. I was involved in designing creative pitch presentations for existing clients such as YSL, Topshop, and Tiffany, and new business opportunities. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Ideas/Insights - Research information, take notes in strategy meetings and contribute to casting ideation which includes creative brainstorming, talent metrics research and data capture. * Social media – Support with managing the agency social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn) as well as being involved in content curation and strategy. * Newsletter/Website – Support collating updates and create assets to put together for the newsletter and website case studies. Conduct performance analysis of website and newsletter from Google Analytics and MailChimp. * Creative Deck Development - Work with team members to creatively develop, refine and format presentations in both Keynote and PowerPoint for agency credentials, new business pitch work, casting decks, and internal ITB marketing materials. * Other work – Help the Talent + Influence team with other tasks outside of core design/social media role where needed.
