Stuart is a Founder and Director of The Noisy Brain.
Stuart has survived 28 years of advertising, design and marketing experiences. Born and educated in Folkestone (UK). Studied design at Canterbury Art College. Learnt his advertising craft and life skills in London and at Saatchi & Saatchi. He escaped the UK almost twenty years ago and went on to accumulated various worldly experiences from living and working across; Asia; Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, and South Korea.
Currently Stuart is working from the shores of a sweaty, humid Singapore, helping to establish and launch 'The Noisy Brain’, a Social Enterprise Project based within the UK.
Mental and Emotional Health Issues have always been something Stuart has struggled with, on and off for years. Recently it has been on, and thankfully today it is currently off. During his recent bad times Stuart found himself writing a lot, but he really didn’t know why. There was no real purpose or aim to what he calls his “scribbles and babbles".
Then someone asked him if he'd mind if they took a couple of pages of his 'scribbled rants' and tried to make them into a song. This random meeting of minds created the idea of ‘The Noisy Brain’ project. The idea attempts to help both people with mental health issues and also up-and-coming musicians.

Here Stuart describes the reasoning behind The Noisy Brain project:
“I recently had another Mental Health episode myself and I caused those around me a lot of hurt. But thanks to their love and support I’m currently dealing with my own mental health and anxiety issues. I don’t know exactly what I’m doing, but I do know that I have got to do something to encourage help for others.
I hope the project will help a few people out along the way as I attempt to give them the same feeling I got when I first heard my writings created as a song".
“I have to admit it’s all kinda weird having your own personal angst put publicly into song. But there’s something beautifully magical also. This is what I hope to share with others who also struggle. And thankfully there’s lots of brave people contributing their writings’ and some amazingly talented musicians also getting on board and currently making songs all over the world.
I just want this projects journey to help as many people as we can on the way”.
