    Emerald Street Literary FestivalI worked closely with the Emerald Street Editor and Publishing Director to create Emerald Street’s first Literary Festival. A day-long celebration of writing, books, conversation and ideas, with a host of iconic authors and thinkers. I managed the marketing and communications strategy and worked hard to attract book lovers far and wide.     - Developed and managed the subscriber acquisition strategy across all Shortlist Media email brands including Emerald Street, Mr Hyde, Stylist and Shortlist. - Managed the Promotions Assistant, Marketing Executive and Digital Writer. - Responsible for delivering acquisition targets across all email brands, and consistently growing and developing the brands strategy. - Grew the active subscriber base of the email brands by 40% in 12 months and consistently exceeded monthly acquisition targets. Led the development and execution of all digital campaigns and events including branding, email marketing, PPC, brand partnerships, PR and all cross-brand advertising. - Managed internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to assist in delivering marketing campaign materials, and measuring the ROI of all marketing campaign spend. - Planned and executed marketing activity for all new email launches including Emerald Street Manchester, Mr Hyde Fitness and Stylist's daily email. - Worked closely with the Head of Data and development team in adapting our data acquisition strategies to ensure they are all GDPR compliant.
