  • Providing essential administrative and practical support to the Accounts, Directors, Creative and Production team for a design and communications agency - Strudel. Working with all aspects of projects, from pitch and proposals, calculating estimates to maintaining efficient and well organised client accounts and digital files. Ownership in the management of all financial aspects of the account from the creation of budgets, to active cost capture, ensuring that all invoicing is correctly issued - ensuring there is a full audit trail for all projects. Client facing role with the flexibility to attentively support and manage a range of clients from across broad range of sectors including, financial, public, charity, healthcare and arts sectors; including management of all information necessary for the smooth progression of projects and new business proposals/tenders. Tasks include: – Scoping, quoting and contracting new projects with clients – Managing work flow of project team – Developing long term and trusting relationships with clients – Overseeing effectiveness and financial performance of projects – Management of design team and studio Experience in the supporting, management and delivery of projects across the following formats: - Advertising - Brand Creation & Activation - Collateral & Print - Digital Design & Build - Email - Events - Internal Communications - Reporting and Analysis - Web Support & Maintenance Software Knowledge Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Office, Unfuddle, Harvest, Basecamp
