About me
I am a makeup artist and photographer with a wide variety of specialisms, including fashion editorial, beauty and styling. I have a love for bright colours, creating quirky and vibrant images overwhelmed by pattern and colour, producing a world of organised chaos. I have graduated from Arts University Bournemouth studying Commercial Photography. Please feel free to get in touch as I would love to connect! • Emotions Unravelled (Beauty Editorial)
Emotions Unravelled (Beauty Editorial)My second project, a beauty editorial, will be based on interpreting attributes of crystals and depicting these emotions as well as the aesthetics of the crystal, creating diptychs to include the crystal together with the associated makeup products as part of the narrative. The objects represent the ability to display emotions (such as the colour blue representing freedom, amber crystal depicting romance etc). A variety of emotions/ attributes will be displayed and each image will represent a
  • Defying Gravity (Fashion Editorial)
Defying Gravity (Fashion Editorial)The second editorial is based on the lyrics of “Defying Gravity” by Stephen Schwartz (from the West End and Broadway musical’ Wicked’). I want the perspective of the images to look as if the model is free-falling or floating in the air as if nothing could hold them back through flowing and loose-fitting garments that can blow in the wind. I have chosen to create a narrative through leaving a relationship as I feel it is a universal topic. My interpretation of this concept will show how the use
  • Harajuku (Fashion Editorial)
Harajuku (Fashion Editorial)This editorial is based on the concept of Japanese Harajuku street-style fashion. The visuals I will create using this concept involve incorporating no negative space and a completely full, vibrant and overloaded composition covered in oriental patterns and geometric shapes. The editorial would be most commercially viable within Nylon Japan or Vogue Japan as well as I-D magazine. My personal fashion style and enjoyment through fashion comes within layered styling and vibrant colour throughout th
  • High Street to Couture (Fashion Editorial)
High Street to Couture (Fashion Editorial)My project is a political statement promoting the concept that unbranded thrift store or vintage items can be re-branded and transformed in some way as well as being brilliantly lit and photographed making the objects look and become more desirable to the consumer. I am very excited about how this project as I explored how different colours, styles and prints can work together in terms of collaging in post-production or layering in terms of styling which has always been an interest of mine. • High Street to Couture (Advertising Editorial)
High Street to Couture (Advertising Editorial)This project has a concurrent theme of the ever changing fashion industry and the ethical issues of fast fashion. The projects contains a creative element of subtle surrealism or fantasy through placement of still life objects highlighting perspective and scale. The images should represent high fashion and designer brands but authentically represent the vintage stores where they came from – producing a creative and challenging question within fashion: “Can you recreate the look of designer?”
  • Back to the Future (Abstract Fashion Editorial)
Back to the Future (Abstract Fashion Editorial)This editorial is fashion centred and is based on the concept of using mannequins to produce a vibrant and brightly coloured set display within the studio to highlight the concept that in future fashion campaigns mannequins or robots could replace models. This project looks into the notion of what models in the future might look like and the world around them. The editorial will be most commercially viable within LABEL magazine. The idea of obscuring the face and creating an illusion for a futur

I currently work as a No7 Beauty Advisor where I was appointed during the worldwide pandemic. I have worked during lockdown in a hybrid store, picking items for online orders, which allowed me to learn the shops entire stock very quickly. I have also quickly learnt No7's values and products to help me recommend products to customers and apply makeup when it is possible to do so. My passion is for makeup and for helping each and every customer with their needs and showing them the best possible product and solution to their problem.
