Hi there! I'm Tim, a Senior Designer based in Brighton and Hove. In 2017, I graduated from Brunel University London with a First Class Honours Degree in Product Design, during which I spent a year on placement at a leading design consultancy. Having worked as a Freelancer for over 4 years, splitting my time between a number of design consultancies as well as managing my own projects and clients, I now lead the design team at OXygen, a creative agency for the for-purpose sector.

- Oxford HRGraphic Design consultant for executive search firm, whose clients include Amnesty International, Médecins Sans Frontières CARE International and Disasters Emergency Committee. Developed brand identity in collaboration with Communications Director, produced all marketing materials and managed the digital presence of the company through the website and brand.
- EducaseMillions of children around the world are forced to study in school environments that lack basic classroom furniture as a result of poverty, conflict and natural disasters, greatly impacting their health and educational experience. Educase is a portable, foldable desk for children that also serves as a backpack for primary school children with no classroom furniture.

- Action for Trustee Racial DiversityFrom Here to Diversity – a practical guide to recruiting Black and Asian charity trustees was designed for Action for Trustee Racial Diversity (ATRD), a volunteer-led group founded in 2019 to campaign on increasing racial diversity on charity Boards.2

They understand how challenging it can feel to act, to make significant changes and to believe it’s worthwhile to tackle such an enormous issue as climate crisis. They equip individuals and organisations to inspire and lead creative, ambitious action across communities, organisations and even systems.1
- SculptSculpt (previously IARS International Institute), is a UK-based charity providing research, training and work-experience opportunities that empower young people to shape their own futures and those of their communities. They work directly with young people, employers and professionals who support young people. All their work is guided by young people themselves and based on carefully researched evidence.1
