I have worked on a number of projects ranging from original music for video content and Ambisonic spacial installation. • 10 Octave Piano - Pitch & SyncI was commissioned to design and build a piano with 3 extra octaves, 1 added to the the bottom, and 2 added to the top. The extra octaves triggered MIDI and could control a synthesiser or a VST on a computer. The idea behind the piano was to build a complete instrument that was visually captivating, and also that blended the acoustic with the endless potentials of digital sound. As part of a wider environment, designed by London interior and furniture designers James Plumb, I was commissioned to design and build a long stringed instrument that extended from the floor of the fist floor to the ceiling of the second floor, 7,5 metres above.
