- BT MobileBT’s Consumer division supplies telephony, broadband and television subscription services in Great Britain to around 18 million customers. In March 2015 BT expanded its product portfolio by moving back into the consumer mobile market. SapientNitro, London were engaged to deliver the 3 phases of their e-commerce mobile proposition. Phase 1: SIM-only, Phase 2: Handset and plan, Phase 3: Family SIM.
- BT 'Modern Families'Created, directed and produced a campaign to launch BT’s ‘Complete Wi-Fi’, their new mesh wi-fi product. This included ethnographic research the ‘BT Modern Families Report’, a press conference including a physical interpretation of the research findings (also used for BT internal comms) and video content. The campaign resulted in 56 pieces of coverage and a combined reach of 532,455,318.
