Co-founded a youth led creative agency, created unique brand identity – PlatformLDN; Programmed, delivered, staffed, and ran a month long series of events under the PlatformLDN agency in a hub space on Carnaby Street; Assisted social media strategy – leading to growing an Instagram following of over 900 followers since March; Curated a number of events on behalf of Shaftesbury and Sister PR during their inaugural Soho Music Month, as well as partnering with them on 21 events providing youth focussed branding for the month long series of events; Acted as talent liaison during the curation process as well as reaching out to talent/management to secure talent participation; Worked across PR, Marketing, and Talent Liaison areas to secure 119 performers/speakers and an estimated footfall of 8,400 people (across 21 events); Wrote film treatments in response to filming briefs provided by clients; Worked a number of events assisting roles: Talent Liaison, Door Staff, Event Manager; Achieved an OCN Level 2 Acreddition in Advanced Project Management; Wrote a successful pitch of a radio show to Soho Radio, securing a monthly 2 hour show; Produced and scripted 2 hour long radio show’s for Soho Radio, as well as curated both the talent and content on these shows.
Found solutions to internal communication issues; Handled enquiries from external groups such as requests for speakers at events; Created mailing lists and maintaining contact with financial backers; Generated comprehensive staff lists and hierarchy diagrams; Served as the point of contact between the CEO and non-senior staff; Stayed up to date with all aspects of the company; Devised and implemented a social media launch campaign; Scouted and interviewed new talent to expand the team; Worked with other senior staff members to manage 40+ staff; Worked and achieved targets to tight deadlines.
Produced a minimum of 3 articles (250+ words) weekly for the website which has a viewership of over 8000+ monthly page views and 4000+ unique visitors(monthly); Attended and covered live events with a detailed write up; Pitched and executed ideas for print issues which has 5000+ readers per issue; Researched and conducted interviews with both new and established artists; Mediated potential collaborations with other brands/companies; Promoted and staffed some of the GUAP Party live music events which have an average of 400+ attendees; Participated in the filming of a weekly discussion show on a platform that receives 11,000+ views per month, 30,000+ social views per month, and has 2000+ subscribers.
