Any advice or tips on how to write a speculative cover letter?
I'm starting to think about my next steps and I've drafted a list of companies that I would like to work for. They are all small businesses and I think could benefit from my wide range of skills. But I'm not sure how to go about writing a cover letter that isn't for a particular role.
