Hello! Any tips to run a podcast?
I'd love to start running a podcast in March. Any tips of how to start, tools I need to know before getting a plan, etc would be great. I've seen buzzsprout has a free option. Have you used it at all? Any other recomendations? Thank you in advance!

- To run Mad Word Podcast I use Red Circle, completely free to distribute across platforms and super easy to use. Had no issues so far. ☺️
- Hi Marta,I’ve been podcasting for 6 months now - best advice is to find a loyal community through social media (Instagram is the place). The podcasting world is super congested, so find your little community and the growth will come naturally and you’re likely to get reliable listeners. It’s not about having the best mic, it’s the stories you tell. Be raw and honest, be you. Feel free to send me a message for any other tips. Also, feel free to check out my podcast page on Insta: @madworld_podcast
- Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income has some strong content on this, Marta. Paid & free (the latter being his YouTube video series, for example). Highly recommended…!
- No tips from me but I follow I Like Networking and they've got an intro to podcasting session this week :) https://www.instagram.com/p/CLlmc57FJMw/
- Hi MartaI recently did a podcast editing course with Chris Bailey, BBC Radio 1 DJ. You access a video course and learn editin Ripper programme, then have one Zoom Q&A class with Chris. (this is not sponsored in any way, I just enjoyed it and he has a lot of experience). https://theboyinthecorner.thinkific.com/courses/get-started-making-your-own-podcast-or-radio-show
