I’m expanding my post-production business and looking for passionate, self-driven collaborators to help build something from the ground up.

Roles Available:
1. Business & CRM Lead – Manage client communication, build systems, and help drive new business.
2. Post-Production Support (Non-Grading) – Tasks include editing, conforming, audio cleanup, QC, delivery prep, and more.

This is a zero-budget startup model.
No fixed salaries (yet), but incentives will be shared for every project you help bring in or complete. Ideal for entrepreneurial creatives looking to grow with a business from day one.
