- It will differ depending on role / level, but I'd agree with below and placing value in a good folio.CVs are a good shop window to ensure applicants have relevant experience and software proficiency, and this should be paired with a portfolio that demonstrates the applicants' processes and ability to solve problems.Final deliverables look great, but it's important the employer can understand the context behind the work, the decision making to get to the result and the applicants’ involvement / contributions.
- Portfolio is important! less about a written CV and more about demonstarting your creativity visually :)
