- I found the "truth about dyslexia" podcast during lockdown and its been a gamechanger: https://truthaboutdyslexia.com/category/podcast/Focused on the ins and out of daily life and challenges for nuerodiverse adults - i feel so understood! Also "Made by Dyslexia" has some excellent interviews: https://www.madebydyslexia.org
- The Neurodivergent Woman is a good one which I have found helpful in a lot of ways. Got a good mix of clinical, therapy and personal experiences shared to give a well rounded insight into each topic.
- Honestly anything that fits in with your niche interests or latest hyperfocus. Listening to podcasts about socialist history or pro wrestling statistics while I work really helps me to block out other distractions and lock in.
