About the Instructor

Dina Grishin
Straight-talking Life & Career Coach
Based in London, coaching worldwide, Dina is an expert in helping you get clarity on the next chapter of your life and career.
She’s best known for being a Quarter Life Crisis (QLC) survivor (and thriver) who has developed a signature process to help her clients turn their crisis into their breakthrough. Her QLC saw her working everywhere, from health and fashion, to education and luxury, from corporate to start-up, full-time to freelance, making Dina perfectly placed to help career changers, stuck 9-5ers and self-employed creatives.
Using her Degree in Psychology and Masters in Coaching and Positive Psychology, Dina is able to help her clients develop unshakeable confidence in themselves and their gifts, opening up options they hadn't even thought of and leaving them with a renewed sense of optimism on life & clarity on the next step.

Isabel Sachs
Founder, I LIKE NETWORKING
Isabel Sachs has over twelve years of experience as a project manager, working on a variety of for non-profits, culture organizations and consumer-led companies, conceptualizing and producing branded experiences that engage core consumers, as well as communications campaigns, having serviced clients such as Levi's , Converse, Lipton, Red Bull and Lollapalooza, amongst others.
She created and sold an award-winning cultural agency, based in Brazil, producing over 50 events a year including international tours, and managing a roster of artists and a theatre company.
