This session is all about empowering women to identify when they need a change, how to find what to do next, and how to get there.
We have the wonderful Khyati Chauhan, Tanya Robertson and Sarah Marshall on the panel to share their pearls of wisdom.
Khyati is currently the Head of Strategic Planning at BBC Studios Creative. She wants to use her voice to help share her story with those who are interested in learning about opportunities to break into and grow within the industry. She is extremely passionate about championing diversity and inclusion initiatives in the creative industry.
Tanya previously worked in influencer marketing and film publicity when she began working womanhood as a side hustle. Running both careers at the same time, she finally took the leap in January 2019 to quit her day job and work full time on her business. Womanhood is the first lingerie retailer to stock solely female founded brands.
Sarah is an accredited Life and Career Coach who works with women to help them transition into jobs that they love and build portfolio careers. She believes that we all have the power to write our own story and taking the first step towards change is often the hardest, but will open doors to the unimaginable.
