Navigating your way through the mind-field of day rates, negotiating higher salaries and proving your self-worth is never easy at any age, particularly when no one ever teaches you how! There are many factors that go into negotiating your worth which is why during the event we will cover:

- How to communicate your value
- Tactics for negotiating salaries and day rates
- How and where to find support
- How to spot good/bad opportunities
How it will work:
- This event is taken completely online via Zoom.
- You will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a strong internet connection.
- Event set up information will be emailed to all signed up around 24 hours before the event launches.
